The missing photo
Well, from the comments I got on the last post, it looks like I forgot to post that photo of Pip's genitals. All right, all right, enough with the mystery--Pip is a BOY! We were definitely surprised--it seems that D's brothers all produce two girl children before they have a boy (three brothers have manifested this already), so we thought number 2 would be a girl. It turns out that D is not just an "X-man" after all--he is thrilled to also be a "Y-guy." Being a "surprise" definitely has its benefits. Pip sleeps cozily in his sister's beautiful pink bassinet, wrapped in a butterfly blanket. Lots of yellows and greens in his wardrobe (although I did remove all the pink and purple newborn clothes from the dresser). Well, we think he's beautiful! More photos coming soon.

Congratulations! I actually got the scoop from Jon. I couldn't stand it any longer so I called and pumped him for info. :)
Now that it is out in the open, so to speak, I think Pip is a very handsome little boy! How is Squeak handling a new little friend in her space? Michael is so curious about babies now that I think she will try to own ours when she gets here. Kids are cute.
How are you doing? Have you been able to get much rest or at least cope with the lack there of? How about lugging around two children now? How's that working out? I know I'm a little worried about it but Michael is old enough to haul herself around. That and I guess our parents did it with 6-7 kids in tow so I suppose we will all manage too!
Any ideas for a name yet? Jules
Oh yeah, I can't believe the Chinese calendar was in error. Now I can't trust it the next go around...but that will be a few years from now so maybe it will be back on track!
Congrats, you joined the boy club something Iam very good at. I have a gift for you just need to get it over to your house. I can't wait to see a picture of your little man.
Congrats again! Little boys are just as much fun as girls, just in a different way. You think squeak keeps you busy? Just wait until he gets going! Email me his name!
Love, Cami
Jules--sorry about your Chinese calendar mistake. Better luck next time!
Britani and Cami--about having a boy, I'm still trying to learn how to change diapers. At first I was getting peed on every time; now it's a little less frequent. Well, we go through lots of diapers because I'm so slow!
